"Mamison" - a new resort in Ossetia
The first tourists will be able to relax in the Mamison complex in the winter season 2024-2025.
In 2020, Glavgosexpertiza approved the first stage of the construction of the ski resort. Within its framework, passenger cable cars Mamison-1 and Mamison-2 will be built - with a length of 3.38 thousand meters and 1.77 thousand meters, respectively.
The complex will include a snowpark, which will include three short ski slopes with a total length of 438 m and two ski travolators.
The cost of construction of the all-season mining and recreational complex "Mamison" is estimated at 19 billion rubles. More than 10 billion rubles of the total amount will be private investment. Construction of the complex was started in 2022, it is planned to be completed in 2024.
This year, it is planned to build two cable cars for 5 km, create 20 km of ski slopes, a multifunctional center, open parking for 460 cars and a ratrak garage.
