Many Russian schoolchildren have gone on premature holidays since October 5 due to an increase in coronavirus infections.

In addition, now many schoolchildren have planned holidays, which means that tourists were counting on rest at this time ..., said Alexander Mkrtchyan, director of the network of travel agencies Pink Elephant.
Tourists became less afraid of the coronavirus than in April-May, as most were ill.
The press service of the tour operator Intourist: cancellations of tours to Turkey are associated only with the fact that one of the family members contracted the coronavirus.
Experts remind that overbooking a trip or cancellation of tours for the nearest dates threatens Russians with fines, because such justification as “quarantine at school” travel companies do not take into account.
The depth of sales of tours is minimal, people buy trips at the last minute to protect themselves from possible absence.
According to the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, 0.29% of schools in our country were quarantined for the coronavirus.
The information service of Rospotrebnadzor reported that children who were quarantined due to the fact that in the classroom someone was infected with coronavirus, should be at home until a special order of the doctor, who observed schoolchildren.
At the same time, a negative test result is not a reason for non-compliance with quarantine.
“If there are no signs of disease, the quarantine at home ends after 14 days of self-isolation. In case of a negative result of testing carried out on the 8-10th day of medical observation, the decision to lift the quarantine is taken by the doctor conducting the observation. If he believes that the quarantine can be completed, then the child can go on vacation with you, the ministry said.
Rospotrebnadzor reminded that for non-compliance with anti-epidemiological measures in the event of a threat of the spread of the disease or for non-compliance with established regulations (including quarantine at home), a fine from 15 to 40 thousand rubles can be recovered.
However, if the parents do not have a decree from the school and a medical institution on the self-isolation of the child, then fines will not be issued, and you can go on vacation.
