"Natalie Tours" will open the sale of tours in 1-2 weeks, and the issuance of compensation from Thursday?
Vladimir Vorobyov, Director of Natalie Tours: All tours that have been booked by travel agencies for the period from October 1 and beyond are not canceled by us. Moreover, within the next 1-2 weeks we plan to resume sales of tour packages, and also for races after October 1.
The company canceled tours until October 1 inclusive to reformat operating activities. In the next two weeks, Natalie Tours is waiting for a survey of tourist products and suppliers to restore operations without losses in traditional destinations.
The issue of refunds for cancelled travel is also being addressed: “As of Thursday, we will begin offering agencies various mechanisms for obtaining compensation, including non-monetary ones.”
“We see ways to get out of this situation in order to resume operations and meet customer requirements. We will do our best to preserve the company, which has been working in the Russian tourism market for 25 years, the director said.
