Holiday 2023: how many Russians will go on trips?
In the study of VTSIOM took part 1600 Russians aged 18 years.
Every third Russian will take a vacation in the summer, half (51%) is going to rest at home.
29% will spend holidays in the country, 15% in another city or village, every tenth will go to the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus. 5% will go to Crimea. Overseas, 4%.
Where will the Russians go? Popular options are Leningrad region and St. Petersburg (13%), Stavropol Territory (10%), Tatarstan (9%), Moscow (6%).
Half of the respondents will rest with family, 18% alone, 17% with family but without children, 15% with friends, 9% with parents.
53% want to go outdoors, swim and sunbathe. Other popular scenarios for recreation are to do nothing (30%), visit interesting places and attractions (18%), cultural recreation (17%), go to different cities (11%).
