The easiest way, says the expert, to find out about the presence of tax, court debt and traffic police fines on the portal of public services, you can make a request to the Bank of Executive proceedings on the official website of the FSSP of Russia.
If there are debts, you need to contact the territorial department of bailiffs, and there they will explain about what amounts the case was initiated, whether a decree on a ban on leaving was adopted and what needs to be done to remove restrictions.
