Listed the best airlines in Russia according to passenger reviews

Analysts of Tutu prepared the top of the best Russian airlines based on 23 thousand passenger reviews posted on the service website.

Experts analyzed opinions published from January 1 to December 2019. Passengers were assessed on a 10-point scale: the overall impression of the airline, the attitude of flight attendants, the quality of food (if any), the condition of the aircraft, punctuality.

The three leaders are Aeroflot, S7 Airlines and Russia. In 2018, the leaders were the same, but in second place – “Russia”, in third – S7 Airlines.

The fourth place this year belongs to Yamal, and the fifth is NordStar. "North wind" took the sixth line.

The top ten is closed by Ural Airlines, whose passengers sometimes complain about a paid choice of comfortable seats and a lack of legroom between rows of seats, lack of food on board, long flight delays and the sale of alcohol in the cabin.

The most important criterion for air passengers is punctuality and professionalism of crews.

In 2019, the “king of sandwiches” was replaced by the airline “Russia”, which changed the menu. On board the airliners on flights from St. Petersburg serve hot sandwiches with a crispy crust. In previous ratings on the quality of fast food on short flights, the leader was S7 Airlines.

In reviews began to write about Wi-Fi and multimedia systems. Now S7 Airlines is praised for its entertainment content. "Russia" gets minuses for non-working screens.

Among the negative reviews, the leader is dissatisfaction with flight delays, followed by loss and damage to luggage. New points of negative reviews: automatic seating and locking of seat backs in an upright position, which were introduced by some airlines.
