Plans for summer vacation 2024: how much money are our compatriots willing to spend?
In the summer of 2024, 75% of working Russians will go on vacation, according to a study by the Russian School of Management.
25% of respondents will not take a vacation: 57% of them prefer a different time of year, 29% cannot leave due to high seasonal activity in the company, and 14% - because of the established vacation schedule.
Respondents plan to relax at sea (30%), traveling (34%), at home (26%), in the country (10%).
Experts noted that this year the number of those who will stay home during the summer holidays has increased significantly. In 2023, only 11% of respondents had such plans.
In 2024, 33% of respondents are ready to spend on vacation in the summer from 50 to 100 thousand rubles, 20% – from 100 to 200 thousand rubles, 16% – from 10 to 30 thousand rubles, 16% – from 30 to 50 thousand rubles, 8% – up to 10 thousand rubles, and another 7% of respondents plan to spend more than 200 thousand rubles.
