Tunisia explained the conditions for the reception of Russians in the 2021 season
Minister of Tourism Tunisia Khabib Ammar said that from April 19, the country is ready to accept customers of tour operators from Russia without quarantine and with PCR tests.
Tunisia is still open to Russians, but for the start of mass tourism for organized tourists from Russia, the conditions for their reception will change.
Since April 19, 2021, the entry protocol for Russians who bought tour packages through tour operators is changing. For them, the requirement of self-isolation is abolished, and the only important condition for entering the country will be a certificate with a negative test result for COVID-19 (test no earlier than 72 hours before departure to Tunisia).
For individual travelers, the requirement of 48-hour self-isolation and a repeat PCR test to exit it is still in force.
Customer service of tour operators will take place according to the current sanitary protocol of support Ready & Safe, which will allow tourists to relax in the resorts of Tunisia freely and safely.
Tourists will be received and served by hotels, catering enterprises and transport companies certified according to the Ready & Safe protocol.
Introduced a 50% limitation of capacity in hotels, restaurants, tourist buses and mini-vans when transporting groups of tourists. Self-service on the buffet replaced by the service of tourist staff or the system a la carte.
Before entering hotels and restaurants, visitors will be subject to temperature measurements, and guests with temperatures above 37.9 will not be allowed into public spaces.
The patient will be placed in quarantine, and selective PCR tests for COVID-19 are planned among contact tourists.
