The rating was prepared by specialists of St. Petersburg Turbarometer based on reviews on Internet sites.
The Palace Square, the Peterhof Museum-Reserve and the State Hermitage Museum made up the three most popular attractions of the northern capital in 2023, the press service of the Committee for Tourism Development reported on Friday.
“In total, more than a million comments were analyzed,” the report said.
4 and 5 positions of the top were occupied by St. Isaac's Cathedral and Peter and Paul's fortress.
They are followed by the Museum “Grand Model Russia”, the cruiser “Aurora”, the Church of the Resurrection of Christ “Savior on Blood”, the Kazan Cathedral and the Catherine Palace in Tsarskoye Selo.
