In Russia, the timing of the PCR test for public services for tourists returning from abroad has changed
According to the decree of the chief sanitary doctor of Russia on July 28, citizens of the Russian Federation returning from abroad can download the result of the PCR test for State Services within 4 days (previously within 3).
The document comes into force on July 30.
Earlier, Rospotrebnadzor canceled the requirement to undergo PCR screening on arrival from abroad for vaccinated and ill tourists. Vaccination should be given no earlier than 12 months before the date of return, the fact of illness and recovery should be documented.
The certificate of infection is valid if the person has suffered the disease within the last six months.
