Tulips and other beauty

The Keukenhof Flower Park only opens its doors to visitors for 8 weeks a year. If you have the opportunity, be sure to time your trip to the Netherlands by this time. This year, from March 21 to May 19.

Spring in the Netherlands comes when the first lambs appear and when the Köckenhove opens. In any case, to see the park is a riot of color, light and aroma is definitely worth it. It's not just tulips, it's all about spring, it blooms and smells. There is a separate pavilion for orchids. A small “farm” with pets is open for children.

In addition, it is interesting to see the spring flower parade, which will be held in 2019 on April 13-14, during which about 30 flower-decorated moving installations will pass through several cities in the Netherlands. The whole procession is accompanied by music and united this year with the theme Changing World.

If you want to feel a little Dutch, we can rent a bike (from 15 euros per bike) and ride in the vicinity of the park, and at the same time and calmly take pictures in the blooming fields.
