A fascinating 3-hour tour for shrimp
Description:
The cruise runs through the fishing port of Den Over with an explanation of sights and fishing vessels. We swim past the Afslightdike drain gateways, where electricity is produced by a propeller in running water.
We throw the net and after about half an hour the net raises the catch to the deck. We give guests the opportunity to see the catch in water trays: shrimp, various types of fish, crabs. The shrimp are sorted.
During the return trip, some of the shrimp is cooked on board, we teach you how to clean them, and you can eat yourself:
Upon return, some of the finished shrimp is divided into portions and you can take them with you.
