Kroller-Müller Museum

Houtkampweg 6, 6731 AW Otterlo

About the company:

Located in the heart of Hog Veluw National Park and therefore is considered one of the most inaccessible museums in the country.

The museum houses the world-famous collection of paintings and sculptures of the XIX-XX centuries. The museum exposition is based on a private collection of paintings and other art objects belonging to the Kroller-Müller family. The museum itself was built in 1938. Its gem is Van Gogh’s extensive collection of paintings and graphic works. There are over two hundred of them. The museum also features works by Georges Seurat, Pablo Picasso, Fernand Leger, Pete Mondrian and others. There is also one painting by Peter Konchalovsky.

Around the museum is a “sculpture garden”. Here, in the open air, sculptures of famous masters such as Auguste Rodin and Henry Moore are exhibited. In the garden it is easy to get lost - because its area exceeds 20 hectares.
