Skyscraper Het Strijkijzer

Rijswijkseweg 169, Den Haag, Netherlands

Description:

Het Strijkijzer was completed in March 2007, and in June of the same year the building was crowned with a crown that caused a lot of media buzz. In a strong wind, she made a piercing whistle, which frightened many passers-by. After numerous complaints, the structure was strengthened.

The building contains more than 50 luxury apartments and 300 studio apartments for young and creative people. There are also furnished apartments rented out on a weekly or monthly basis. On the first floors there are cafes, laundry and office spaces.

On the 41st floor there is a terrace with panoramic views, from where you can see the shores of the North Sea.
