Delftse Poort skyscraper
Gebouw Delftse Poort, Delftseplein, 3013 Rotterdam, Netherlands
Description:
Despite the similarity, there is something that distinguishes these skyscrapers. It's above all altitude. The first skyscraper rushes up 151.35 meters, while the second - 93 meters.
Until May 2009, the Twins were the tallest office buildings in the Netherlands. Their total area is more than 106,000 square meters, more than half of which is occupied by offices. The complex is equipped with 28 elevators and is connected to a nearby railway station.
The construction of skyscrapers lasted 3 years, from 1989 to 1992. Due to the fact that trains pass under the building, the most modern construction methods were used.
