The next stage of our trip will be a visit to the winery of José Maria da Fonseca, also known as Bacalhoa. It is a family winery with a rich history dating back almost two centuries. Despite the well-deserved fame, the plant managed to successfully modernize and remain in the forefront. The winery of José Maria da Fonseca has been producing wines since 1834, and this is not just a business for them, but a real art handed down from generation to generation. It is a place where the history, memory and prestige of the creator are preserved and developed.

In Azeitao you will immerse yourself in the world of winemaking and learn the following:
