A visit to the Quinta de Aveleda wine estate is made by Vinho Verde, a picturesque wine estate located 40 minutes drive from Porto. It was under him that a beautiful landscape park was laid out in the estate, and a wine cellar with a capacity of 300 barrels was built. Around the estate there is a romantic park with gazebos, streams, ponds and shady alleys. Peacocks walk along the paths, and mountain goats live in a stone house. This place produces several world-famous brands of "green" wines, including Casa Garcia ("Casal Garcia"). You will walk through a beautiful park with centuries-old pines and eucalyptus, where a romantic atmosphere reigns and listen to the singing of birds, and then in the tasting hall of the Aveled estate you will find wine and cheese tasting.

Visit to Lamega. This former episcopal city with a powerful cathedral is very picturesquely located at the foot of the hill with the famous shrine. Today, the main attraction is the shrine of Nossa Señora doug-Remedius (Mother of Healings, or Medicines) on Mount Santo Estevan. A small chapel on the top of the mountain, dedicated in 1391 to St. Stephen (Eshtevan), began to attract pilgrims worshiping the Mother of God, and in 1761 on this picturesque place was built the temple of Our Lady of Healing with two towers, which became the most important shrine. The cascade of double staircases of 686 steps leading to it has nine terraces decorated with luxurious azulejo panels. The staircase and church seem to be a single ensemble, but the staircase was created only in the XIX century. From this mountain, 600 meters high, offers a beautiful view of the city and the Douro Valley in the distance.

Visit the Quinta de Pacheca. Large selection of tasting table wines, Moscatel Douro, pink port. - Entrance ticket - tasting - 8.00 euros per person.
