Villa "Arcadia" in the city of Alushta

Villa "Arkadia" is a private guest house built in 2011, located in the quiet village of Solnechnogorskoye on the Black Sea coast. The village with a developed infrastructure, located 25 km from the center of Alushta, is suitable for both family holidays and recreation by the company. The beach is small-pebble 120 meters from the villa. In 2-5 minutes walk from "Arcadia" there is a grocery store, embankment, pharmacy, market, public transport stop, the center of the village.

The room fund of the villa is represented by modern rooms of the category "Luxury". All rooms have new furniture, quality repairs. Each room has a TV, refrigerator, split system, safe, set of dishes, Wi-Fi, bathroom, shower. There are rooms with balconies and sea views. Room cleaning is carried out daily, changing clothes every 7 days.

Villa "Arcadia" is located in a closed protected area, there is a parking lot for 5 cars. In the yard at your service recreation area with summer furniture and grill, playground, swing, free Wi-Fi.
