Lukomorye recreation center is located 60 km from Irkutsk and 30 km from Angarsk, in the sanatorium-resort zone created by nature itself.

The Oda River on the territory of the recreation center does not freeze even in winter severe frosts due to the fact that more than 20 sources of mineral waters with various healing properties flow into it.
