Description:
The magnificent palace of Bakhchisarai is a unique monument of Crimean Tatar architecture. This is a real "city in the city": there are mosques, baths, mausoleums. When you get here, you plunge into the mysterious atmosphere of the East.
The construction of this landmark began in the 16th century under Khan Sahib I Giray, and with each successive ruler, something new appeared, as everyone wanted to leave a memory of himself.
As already mentioned, there are many buildings here, but I want to mention the oldest Grand Khan Mosque or Khan Jami: built in the Ottoman style. And immediately adjoins the ancient cemetery, founded in 1592.
The second most popular building by attendance is the bath building of Sary-Güzel.
And the next, but no less popular attraction is the fountains of Bakhchisarai, especially the Fountain of Tears.
This is the most magnificent architecture in the Crimea, Bakhchisarai, street. River 133. From the bus station and railway station there is a minibus No. 2.
