Guest house "Fedorov Dvor" is located on the southern coast of Baikal in the village of Utulik, 140 km from Irkutsk. Our house is conveniently located for receiving guests: very close to the highway and Utulik railway station, but hidden from view by an untouched forest.

The house is built in the best Siberian traditions: pine timber, carved decorations on the facade topped with a solar sign. Inside it is warm, cozy, hospitable, easy to breathe and sleep sweetly. In total, the house can accommodate 10 people: 4 double rooms, possibly 2 additional seats.

The interior of the rooms is simple and individual. All the furniture is handmade wooden. The rooms have beds, bedside sconces, a table, a dressing room, a bathroom.

On the first floor of the house there are 2 double rooms with an individual entrance from the street. The bathroom of these rooms includes a shower.

We enter the second floor through the kitchen. The bathroom of these rooms consists of a toilet and a sink (cold, hot water).

For the convenience of guests there is a common kitchen-dining room with everything necessary - dishes, oven, refrigerator, kettle. Here is a collection of old irons and snails - a symbol of the house. There is also an information board where to go and what not to miss. And we advise you to walk up the Utulik River to a small waterfall, to the shore of the lake, take a boat ride. There's a good fishing on the river. You can also go on a cable car and look at the panorama of Baikal from a bird's eye view, in Baikalsk to visit Ear of Baikal and make a wish.
