Beloyarsk Historical and Local Lore Museum

There are seven employees in the organization. The collection of the museum includes more than three thousand five hundred and twenty items, one thousand three hundred and seventy items of the collection are presented in the exposition and are included in the main funds of the museum. The museum is called the Historical Museum. The basis of the museum business in Beloyarsk was laid by Alexander Danilovich Berdikov, a war veteran who created the Museum of Military Glory at school No. 2 on a voluntary basis. The collection he collected was included in the museum fund. Over the past 15 years, from 1986 to 1993, systematically, from 1993 to 2001, in the form of exploration, specialists of the PNIAL of the Ural State University of the Northern Detachment conducted excavations on the territory of the city and the district, some collections (but not all) became part of the museum fund. Worked in 1993 summer archaeological camp of schoolchildren under the leadership of S. M. Lesheva, reports on their work - also in the funds. The city is 30 years old, museum staff are working to collect and record information for 30 years. The Beloyarsk Museum of Local History operates in the form of a non-profit institution of historical specialization, that is, it does not have as the main goal of its activity the extraction of profit and does not distribute the profit received among the participants. The Beloyarsk Museum of Local History is an organization of municipal subordination. The museum is primarily engaged in cultural activities.
