Local History Museum of the Jewish Autonomous Region

The EAO Museum of Local Lore is interesting for its collection on the education and development of a Jewish administrative unit - for the first time since the destruction of the second temple in Jerusalem more than 2,000 years ago. The museum presents a collection of documents telling about the repression against Jewish culture, about the struggle of the authorities against cosmopolitans, about the departure of Jews to Israel at present.
