The museum consists of 3 separate buildings, 2 of which - the buildings of the early XX century - the house of merchants. The permanent exhibition introduces the history of the city from its foundation to the present day (founded in 1536). Of particular interest to visitors is the complex, which tells about the history of the Zheleznoborovsky monastery, founded in 1390.
Genuine exhibits telling about the life of peasants. XIX century (the defense without a single nail, the lighthouse, the weaving mill, spinning wheels, etc.) also cause increased interest among visitors. |
