First, in the XVIII century, the estate belonged to the disgraced Prince I.F. Rimsky-Korsakov, and during the revolution belonged to the Association of the Intercession Manufactory.

The complex itself is famous for the fact that its architectural ensemble is one of the few preserved monuments of Elizabethan Baroque in the Moscow region. This place attracts not only its historical value, there you can also enjoy a walk in the lime park, see the system of terraced ponds, as well as visit the ancient St. Nicholas Church, which is one of the most interesting and beautiful buildings built in the early XVIII century with facades of the late Baroque style.
