My services and offers
My author's tours:
1. The milling quarter
Many people know Yekaterinburg as a metallurgical center. I'll introduce you to the other side. In the second half of the XIX century, the production and sale of flour developed rapidly here. Mukomols settled in a block near the Bread Market. The area still retains a special atmosphere, but does not reveal its secrets to every passer-by. I'll be your guide and share the secrets of the neighborhood and its people.
2. Yekaterinburg with an Italian accent
This tour is for those who know at least a little of Yekaterinburg and are interested in Italy. It will help to open the Italian borders in the Ural city. Familiar monuments, familiar facades... But behind them lie interesting stories that will take us straight to the Apennine Peninsula! During the walk I will share exclusive information from my personal experience as a translator.
3. Postal history of Yekaterinburg
Do you know where Yekaterinburg’s first postal station was? Not where it's supposed to be. And the familiar quarter keeps the stories of postmasters, Decembrists and writers. It is necessary to pull one thread - and before you will reveal a whole tangle of stories. We will learn about the development of postal services and free mail.
4. Promenade around the Square
The tour is built on the principle of "was and became". Do you want to know what happened in the place of familiar objects? Did you hear there are graves hidden under the paving stones of the central square? Did you know there were two squares here? We will walk in a circle, starting with the building of the gymnasium No. 9 and ending with the house of Tupikov. Each building will allow you to look into the depths of history!
5. Soul of Shartasha
Do not go far beyond the city, if right in the city there is such a wonderful place - Shartash Forest Park! Just a few steps from the highway and we are already in the lap of nature. We walk through the magical portal. Shartash stone tents: did you know that ancient metallurgists worked here? Sergey Laushkin’s Step Man: Why is he a “Step” Man? Triangulation Tower: Who Transformed It? Lake moraine: this is the memory of the ice age. Paleopark: Get acquainted with prehistoric animals. - Swamp Park and Ecotrope: what it is and why. We listen to the choir of frogs, watch the birds (if possible). We are aware of the beneficial properties of the Chistovsky swamp in the Shartash ecosystem. Get acquainted with the basics of path building.
6. Miracle in Miracle!
The trip is designed for a small group (3 people). We're driving a comfortable car. We go to a private museum, which hides in the village of Chudovo, lost among the forests and far from civilization, and on the way we touch the ancient history of the development of the Urals. Do you think the countdown of our Ural history began in 1723? No way! We will see the places where the pioneers set foot in 1612!
This trip is only possible on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
