Our guest house "Comfort" is located 7 km from the city of Evpatoria, Peschanka district, in a unique place of Zaozernoye village. The room stock is 10 rooms in which there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
You can reach the sea from the guest house in 7 minutes (600 meters). The coast of the sea in Zaozernoye, differs from the city beach with its purity and spaciousness, there are always free places and you will be pleasantly pleased with the sandy shore and warm sea. There are no industrial plants or factories near our area, which means there are no sewage or chemicals in the seawater.
A quiet and peaceful place that is suitable for guests from big cities. Residents of the metropolis get tired of the hustle and bustle, and find an outlet in modest settlements on the Black Sea coast. Our sandy beaches are considered the best in Eastern Europe. The entrance to the sea is smooth, which is very convenient for those who came with children. Nearby are several estuaries with curative mud and the famous Lake Moynaki.
