The year-round guest house "Aviabaza" in the village of Ust-Sema is located in a pine forest, in a quiet place. 700-800 rubles.

The Katun River is 150 meters away. There is a descent and even an exit to the water. There is a small backwater with a sandy bottom where you can dip.

To Kamyshlinsky waterfall you can walk from the camp in 40-50 minutes along the forest path on the left bank of Katun, enjoying the beauty of the Altai Mountains. 3 km from the recreation center in the other direction are Katunskie Seminskie baths.
