Portal Belukha is located in the center of the village of Ust-Koksa. On the one hand, in walking distance the necessary infrastructure (shops, bus stop, ATM, cafe, administrative structures). On the other hand, next to the House is a picturesque pedestrian bridge that leads to the other bank of the Cox River, where Birch Island, the Katun River.

The guest house is artistic. There are 91 paintings by American artist Carol Hiltner. Each room has unique originals of these paintings.
