Chemal-Oroctoy. Valley of mountain spirits.

Our excursion program includes visiting the incredible places of the Altai Mountains. You are waiting for the picturesque tract of Chechkysh. Orokto Bridge over the Katun River. We will walk along the goat trail to the Chemal Mini HPP and the island of Patmos, from where incredible views of the valley of the river open. Katun and rock cliffs.

PROGRAMME:

9:00 - Start from Gorno-Altaisk

11:00 – Walking (1.5 km.) along the goat trail to the Chemal mini HPP and Patmos Island. From the island of Patmos and the goat trail there are incredible views of the valley of the Katun River, rocky cliffs. Patmos Island is a holy place in Altai

14:00 – Walking in the Chechkysh tract (1.5 km). It is also called “Valley of Mountain Spirits” – it is a small but picturesque gorge.

16:00 - Oroktoy Bridge

19:00 – Return to Gorno-Altaisk. Organizational moments: In the period from May to October, this program can be continued to Beltirtirtyuk Falls.

According to individual requests, various combinations of excursion facilities are possible, weekend tours (2-3 days) any direction are also valid, prices are contractual.

The price includes: All crossings along the route, the work of a driver guide.
