The fact is that in the 30s of the last century in the lower reaches of the Kamyshla River it was decided to build a mill, but for this it was necessary to change the mouth of the river and build a dam and a 12-meter cascading handsome man was formed on the site of a small waterfall, as modern connoisseurs of natural attractions see it.
