Tourist memo
Description:
Routes are available for all physically healthy people. Persons in need of constant medical supervision are not recommended to travel along the route. It is advisable to have a vaccination against tick-borne encephalitis. Specific medications should be carried with you.
Please don’t take any more things for tourists!!
The tourist should not forget that he chose an active type of recreation and is obliged to follow the instructions of the instructor on the route. Execution of safety measures is mandatory!!
The route passes through sparsely populated and uninhabited territories deprived of the benefits of civilization.
The tourist should be ready for travel, hiking conditions and different weather.
Having a good mood is a must!!
List of essential items
The tourist should have with him :
- 2 pairs of x / b socks, 2 pairs of wool socks,
2 T-shirts (1 with long arms), lightweight sports pants or jeans
- warm clothes (sweater or hoodie, tights, sports cap)
- windshield suit, raincoat.
- headgear (Panama or Bandana)
- jacket (syntepone), x/b gloves
- durable shoes (sneakers or mountain shoes), in case of wet weather - rubber. Half-boots, slate.
- bathing accessories
- flashlight, sunglasses
- personal hygiene items (toothbrush, paste, soap, washcloth, towel)
Passport (preferably sealed)
Clothing should be free and easy to move (better products made of x / b)
All participants of the tour must timely at the request of the organizers provide the necessary information for the execution of documents (border passes).
All participants of the tour equally take part in cooking, equally engaged in other economic affairs.
All participants of the tour are obliged to take care of group equipment and equipment.
