In the Chulyshman Valley + Shavlin Lakes

Combined cognitive tour of the Altai will acquaint you with life, culture, history of the Altai and learning the skills of horse riding and traveling in the Altai mountains. This tour gives you the opportunity to visit both in areas remote from civilization and on trails close to comfortable places of rest.

The excursion part of the route covers the most beautiful places of the Altai Mountains: passes from Seminsky, Chiket-Aman, Ulagansky - Katu-Yaryk. We will see the Uchar waterfall, the Ak-korum gorge with its famous stone mushrooms, we will walk through the waters of the legendary Teletsky Lake, on the way we will see the stone bay and the Korbu waterfall.
The equestrian part of the route begins in the Sargoldik tract (8 km from the village of White Bom, Ongudai district, the Altai Republic). The route consists of an active horse part and a day on the shore of Shavlinsky Lake. The route is designed for both tourists with experience in horseback riding, and for beginners of horseback tourists.

The route runs in the high-mountain part of the Central Altai along the northern slopes of the North Chui Ridge. The average height of the travel area is 2500 meters above sea level.

The landscapes of the area have a pronounced alpine appearance - pico-shaped peaks covered with eternal snow and glaciers, steep, steep slopes, deep gorges with stormy rivers.
