Climbing the peak of Schenel 3888 m

This year, for the first time, we offer our tourists a unique ascent to the peak of Schenel (2A-2B, 3888 m). The word “unique” is used here without exaggeration, because no one offers it!
In 2008, a team of four people and one UAZIK managed to scout the area of Mount Shenelyu, find a great place to install a base camp, scout two crests of the summit and one of them to make a first pass to an altitude of 3888 m.
Half of the team was the organizers of Altai-Pokhd.RU – Alexander and Alexei, so who, if not us, know the subtleties and features of this route.
The mountain is serious, so it requires good physical and moral training, endurance, the ability to work with climbing equipment, the experience of other technical climbing. Be sure to conduct training and instruction, working out techniques directly on the hike, before climbing. However, we reserve the right to refuse climbing to people who are physically or morally unsuitable for this event.
