This tour is equally good for those who have repeatedly visited Altai, and for those who are coming here for the first time. You can travel with family, friends or alone. 1 Day.

Meeting in Gorno-Altaisk or in Ust-Sem village (flight bus from Barnaul, Novosibirsk)

Transfer to Kamlak. Placement. Rest.

Sightseeing tour of the village of Kamlak, a visit to the Botanical Garden (If desired, for an additional fee, you can visit a maral, husky riding, etc.).

 

2 Day.

Excursion to the village of Chemal with a visit to the Orthodox church on the island of Patmos.

Walking along the “goat trail” along the mountains to the Chemal HPP, which was built in 1935. Suspension Bridge and Power Place of Dragon Teeth

Excursion "Valley of Mountain Spirits". Excursion in the tract Chech-kysh is a picturesque rock canyon in the valley of the Katun River. Observation platform, which offers a magnificent view of Katun.

 

3 Day.

Excursion to Kamyshlinsky Falls or, in winter, to the Blue Lakes (weather/optional)

Excursion to the "Village of Masters" - Askat village. It is possible to visit the galleries "Kauri" and "Arrow Sartakpaya", the center of Vedic culture "Lukomorye", the galleries of the Golovan family, etc. (Additional fee for entrance to the galleries on the spot, from 150 rubles.)

In the evening - a Russian bath with birch brooms and masks (scrabs) independently made of natural products.

 

Day 4.

Excursion on the Chui tract - the road included in the 5 most beautiful roads in the world according to National Geographic.

But not only the beauty and natural monuments of this road is interesting. For centuries, this land was a crossroads. Hundreds of peoples passed here, leaving the signs of their stay in the form of rock paintings, stone statues, mounds, in the form of the traditions, beliefs and customs of the local residents still living.

You will overcome the passes Seminsky and Chike-Taman, see the beautiful rivers Katun and Chuyu, the place of their confluence and some thresholds (3-5 categories of difficulty), along which the water routes pass. Moving along the Chui tract deep into the Altai, we will see a change in natural and climatic zones - today we have many opportunities to see and capture extraordinary landscapes!

 

5 Day.

Visit to the complex Turquoise Katun: Tavdin caves or Valley of grottoes. (weather conditions).

Paseca “Honey in the ear” and the Park of wooden sculptures.

End of tour. Transfer to the village of Ust-Sem (departure by bus to Barnaul, Novosibirsk).

If you depart from Gorno-Altaisk the next morning, book additional accommodation and transfer!
