The Winter Tale of Altai
Description:
Mountain Altai in winter is an opportunity to touch the Tale and hear the Silence. Taiga in all its splendor, snow-white peaks shimmering in the rays of the winter sun. Powerful cedars and pine trees covered with a snow-white blanket, extraordinary patterns created by the Siberian winter. And also amazingly clean, crystalline air and water. Waterfalls and mountain rivers, humbled for a time their violent temper at the behest of Winter. This is an opportunity to live in the houses of foresters in a real taiga parking lot, where even time flows in its special rhythm.
And the starry sky! In the icy mountain air, the night sky looks particularly fascinating. No other time or place will you see it in such a stunning way.
Our tour to the Multi Lakes will include several snowmobile trips to the reserve, to the lakes and to the sightseeing peaks. We will see the largest mountain range in all its splendor. Excursions to the reserved places will be held personally by the ranger of this reserve, and on the base we will always be waiting for a melted bath, crackling firewood in the oven and hot food. A true story created by Altai!
Accommodation in warm houses on the reserve cordon. The conditions are very simple, sleeping in sleeping rooms. Heat heating. It's kind of cozy.
And in the evening before leaving, we will visit the Old Believer village of Verkh-Uimon, where we will be able to touch the culture and customs of Russian Old Believers.
