Theatre of Obsco-Ugric Peoples

The Theatre of Obsko-Ugric Peoples is a relatively young cultural institution. It opened its doors to visitors in 2002. The main task facing the theater team is the development of professional art of the indigenous peoples of the region, mainly the Khanty and Mansi peoples. From the very first day, artists and directors strive to meet the spiritual needs of their viewers, promote the popularization of traditional culture, develop culture.

The structure of the theater includes two professional groups at once: a folklore and musical group, as well as a national theater performing in various genres. With their performances and original productions, employees try to interest the viewer of different ages, nationalities, social status. Over the years, the creative team of the theater has repeatedly become a participant in festive and charitable events, visited concerts in many cities of the district.
