Southern Olkhon on UAZ: steppes, lakes and rocky capes

Discover the other side of Olkhon - with wide steppe landscapes, small lakes and cliffs of bizarre shape. This is a trip for a sense of space: we will stop at the Small Sea, examine the natural silhouettes and walk where you especially want to linger with the camera.

Programme:

• Departure from the place of residence in Khuzhir.
• Observation deck Field Stan with views of the Small Sea and the village.
• Lake Yalga and the Stone Garden.
• Cape Mare's Head and Lake Heart.
• Cape Trident and rock formations of Hula Castle.
• Lunch with Baikal ear and herbal tea.
• Back to Khuzhir. In winter, with suitable ice conditions and route availability, the program may include Ogoi Island and the Enlightenment Stupa.

Important: in the summer, the route runs along island roads, the winter program depends on the ice situation and allowed routes.

• transportation along the route with the driver, lunch, departure from Khuzhir and return back.

Not included:

• permission to visit the national park, personal expenses.
