d. Irkutsk, Botkina Street, 1

Description:

The Paris Commune Park was founded in 1920. It is located on the Kai Mountain, in one of the most picturesque areas of Irkutsk. Today it is one of the most popular places for walking among residents of nearby areas. Lokomotiv Stadium is located on the territory of the park, as well as the largest Neolithic burial site – the Glazkov necropolis.

The park was one of the central places of recreation and entertainment until the 1980s, when it was abandoned and abandoned. These days, the park looks rather unkempt, but locals like to relax here in summer and autumn, when you can enjoy lush greenery or motley foliage.

Since the 1990s, several projects have been put forward for the reconstruction of the park, but so far there have been no major changes.
