Hamar-Dabana Falls

Baikal is famous not only for the purest water, but also for the nature that enveloped the lake. One of these natural wonders of the land is the Hamar-Dabana mountain range, which has gained special popularity among tourists due to its waterfalls. One of the most beautiful waterfalls of the ridge is considered a fairy tale waterfall. It is located on the Red River near the sable lakes. The river in this place is shallow, so you can easily approach directly to the waterfall. The name is given for good reason, because there is just a fabulous view of the wildlife of Baikal around.

It should also be mentioned about another waterfall, called "Beard". It's quite wide and wide. Grokhotun Falls is perhaps the largest of the listed and is located on the Gromotukha River, a kilometer from the Fairy Tale recreation center.

You can get to the place by driving to the recreation center "Warm Lakes", turning on the indicator from the M-55 highway and drive 5 km. along the asphalt road.
