Tour program for 7 days/6 nights

Day 1.

Meals: Self-sufficient

Meet at 10:00 am near the information airport of Irkutsk (we recommend buying tickets for an earlier time due to flight delays). Moving to Olkhon Island (time is reported the day before by accompanying) as part of the team (about 5-6 hours with the crossing of the Olkhon Gate). Lunch in the roadside cafe (paid independently). Arrival on Olkhon or MRS. Placement. After dinner (payment on the spot) visit Shamanka Rock. Shamanka Rock is included in the seven shrines of Asia. Sacred rock for the local population. Evening rest.

Note: In the event of a delay for any reason, tourists independently catch up with the group. We recommend arriving the day before the tour begins!

Day 2.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch (snack)

Breakfast. A trip to Cape Khoboy on the ice of Baikal. Amazing beauty and very transparent ice of Baikal. Also, a separate inspection requires naledi on the rocks, bizarre patterns of Baikal ice hiding grottoes and caves. Time and place to check with the curator. During the tour, lunch in the form of a snack. Dinner at a hotel or cafe on your own.

On the excursion you can see all the main landscapes of Olkhon, from the cape there is a grandiose view of the small sea and Lake Baikal. Cape Hoboi - a columnar rock, has a pronounced similarity with the profile of a woman's head with a bust. On the cape there is a platform where shamanic rites are performed. It is advisable to order additional excursions for tomorrow. Check with someone who meets on Olkhon.

Day 3.

Meals: Breakfast

Today you have a free day for rest and stay on Baikal. We recommend visiting the island of Ogoi, where there is a Buddhist stupa, officially called the Stupa of Enlightenment. In addition, there is an opportunity to go to the Baikal ice fishing (you can order excursions and fishing at the tourist base), walk along the ecological trail and breathe fresh winter air, visit the local ethnographic museum of Revyakin. In your free time after dinner (payment on the spot) - stroll along the coastline along the Sarai Bay and enjoy the evening sunset.

Day 4.

Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast at the campground and prepare to return to the city first. Irkutsk and then go to P. Listvyanka. In your free time, you can still walk along the shore of Lake Baikal, take pictures of interesting views and transparent ice, say goodbye to him. On the way, we dine in a cafe (payment at your own expense). From Irkutsk we will go along the picturesque Baikal road along the Angara. Arrival in Listvyanka, where the only Angara river flows, which does not freeze even in severe frosts. Why isn't it freezing? You will learn this by visiting the Baikal Museum on the 6th day. Hotel check-in. We walk along the embankment of the village, visit the fish market and relax. Dinner on your own.

Day 5.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch (picnic)

Today is the most interesting and eventful trip to the lake. After breakfast we go on a trip on the ice of Baikal. On this day you will have to drive from Listvyanka to the famous and very picturesque Peschanaya Bay. We will drive past the villages of Big Cats, Big Holoustny. If the weather allows, we will stop and take a photo on the ice of Baikal. All excursions to Baikal, including Peschanaya Bay, are carried out on boats with an air cushion. Arriving in the bay, we walk, relax, skate. Be sure to climb to the observation point of the Primorsky ridge. Lunch is a picnic on Lake Baikal. Take a lot of great photos in the most beautiful and interesting places. After resting in the bay, we return to P. Listvyanka. In the evening, dine in the hotel restaurant or in any cafe in the village (payment at your own expense).

Day 6.

Meals: Breakfast

Breakfast. We will be spending the night in Irkutsk. After you will get acquainted with all the inhabitants of Baikal in the Limnological Museum, scientists will tell in detail everything about Baikal.

The Baikal Museum - it houses a nerpinarium, contains the most complete information about the nature of Lake Baikal. 11 large aquariums with a unique water supply and water exchange system, carrying out water intake from a depth of 400 m. Two separate combined aquariums contain seals. The exposition “Dive to the bottom of Baikal” works. Move to the lifts. We go up to the observation deck “Chersky Stone”, where a beautiful winter view of Baikal and the source of the Angara opens from above. Then a short walk on snowmobiles for several people in one race. The rest can sit in a cafe and have a little snack. We go to the fish market and buy souvenirs and fish. Lunch on your own with the fish, and then go on a dog sled. Moving to Irkutsk. Hotel check-in. Free time. In the evening, dinner (payment on the spot) in honor of the completion of the program
