Welcome to the capital of Eastern Siberia! I will greet you with a smile, holding a sign in my hands, at the airport or train station. Then we will go to a hotel or hotel apartment, or hostel. The place of accommodation will be selected in advance. Take a break, have breakfast and go on a city trip!! On foot or in a comfortable car - as you wish!

I will show you the historical center of the city: ancient stone and lace wooden mansions of merchants, Orthodox churches: the women’s Znamensky Monastery, the Spasskaya Church, the Epiphany Church, the Church of the Kazan Mother of God, Tikhvin Square, the air architecture of the Polish Church, the Buddhist datsan, embankments, the icebreaker “Angara”, the Peak of Love, 130 quarter, a specially recreated zone of historical development of Irkutsk. This is a whole quarter consisting of wooden houses decorated with carvings and openwork shutters. In the houses there are shops with Siberian souvenirs, shops, a planetarium, cafes and restaurants with national cuisine. There is something to see, where to eat, and hold an unforgettable photo shoot.

2 days

On the second day we will go on a road trip to Olkhon Island. Our way will pass through the Tazheran steppe, a unique natural complex. On the way, we will definitely taste the delicacy of Buryat cuisine. Upon arrival on the island we will visit one of the nine shrines of Asia - Shamanka Rock. The cave in the rock is the most revered place on Lake Baikal, a sacred place for shamans and Buddhists. Shamanka Rock is still a place of worship for spirits.

3 days

We are waiting for an unforgettable trip on the legendary UAZ car to the northernmost point of the island – Cape Khoboy (10:00-16:00). The view of the vast expanses of the lake is breathtaking. You will enjoy the magnificent views of Baikal, hear ancient Buryat legends and legends and visit the places of shaman power. During the tour picnic - Baikal Ear!) After returning to the recreation center / hotel you will have dinner.

4 days

We are waiting for departure to Irkutsk 10:00-16:00. Upon arrival in Irkutsk accommodation in the hotel (sanuzel and shower in the room), free time.

5 days

After breakfast at the hotel, we will go on an excursion to the pos. Listvyanka (10:00-18:00) with a visit to two museums: the architectural and ethnographic museum "Taltsy" and the Baikal Museum. The open-air museum complex will introduce you to the culture of the peoples of the Baikal region. You can visit unique monuments of history and architecture: the Spasskaya Tower (1667) and the Kazan Church (1679) of the Ilim Fortress. We will also visit the Baikal Limnological Museum and learn about the ecosystem of the lake. After that, we will climb on the cable car to Peak Chersky, the highest point of one of the coastal mountains of the village Listvyanka. In the evening we return to Irkutsk.

Breakfast at the hotel, departure to Irkutsk.

Note! I recommend to come to Irkutsk the day before the start of the tour, as due to the long flight and time difference, it is difficult to postpone the first excursion day.
