1 DAY

Sightseeing tour to the Taltsy Museum and Listvyanka

You will visit: architectural and ethnographic museum "Taltsy", Shaman-Kamen, limnological museum of Baikal, Listvyanka.

Upon arrival in Irkutsk, you will be met at the airport or at the railway station, after which the trip to Baikal will begin. On a group transfer you will go to the nearest place from Irkutsk, where you can see Lake Baikal - in the village Listvyanka.

The road goes along the picturesque Baikal road. Listvyanka is a village located along the edge of Baikal, 69 km from Irkutsk, a kind of "Mecca of Tourism" on Baikal, the starting point of many tourist routes.

On the way you will stop at the open-air museum "Taltsy". Taltsy is an architectural and ethnographic museum, where examples of wooden architecture of past centuries are collected. Located on the picturesque bank of the Angara, surrounded by a Siberian forest, which gives it an authentic look and a genuine historical atmosphere. The guide will give a tour and tell the history of the exhibits, as a result of which you will feel as if you are making a time travel!

Then you will go to Listvyanka. Along the way, you will see the legendary Shaman Stone, located in the source of the only river flowing from Aikal, you will learn its mysterious and mysterious legend. And then visit the Baikal Museum, which not only conducts exposition and educational activities, but also continues to engage in serious scientific research, and therefore you will not learn such information about Baikal from first hand anywhere.

2 DAY

Free day in Listvyanka.

You will visit: there are no activities on the tour program on this day.

Today you can spend at your discretion: relax, go for a walk, buy souvenirs at the local market, where they are presented in great abundance. Or, if desired, additionally book excursions of one day (the tour price is not included and paid additionally).

3 DAY

The road to Olkhon Island.

You will visit: Tazheran steppes, ice crossing, Cape Burhan (shamanka rock), pillars of Serge, Baikal.

Today, after breakfast, you will go to the most popular place on Lake Baikal – Olkhon Island, which has been dubbed the “heart of Lake Baikal”.

Olkhon is truly unforgettable and one of the most famous places on Baikal, which is rightly called a place of power and especially powerful energy! Olkhon is considered a sacred territory, the concentration of shamanism in Central Asia. It is visited by pilgrims from all over the world.

The path will run through the area with picturesque views. Partly the road will pass through the Tazheran steppes, here and there decorated with rock remains. Guests often refer to this section of the path as "Martian". The landscapes really take you to some kind of alien reality!

Olkhon is an island, and they come to it in winter, crossing the ice crossing. After the crossing, you will find about 40 km along the steppes of Olkhon, and then you will get to the center of the island - the village of Khuzhir.

In the evening you have free time, which you can spend exploring the surroundings of the village. In walking distance from the hotels on Olkhon is the visiting card of Baikal - Cape Burkhan (shamanka rock). Shamanka is included in the sights of the Baikal National Park. Tourists note the energy of the place ringing in the air, you feel it with your skin and it is difficult to find words to express delight! Enjoying the most beautiful views, saturated with the energy of the sacred place, your first day of travel to Olkhon comes to an end. Tomorrow you will have an even closer acquaintance with Baikal and Olkhon.

4 DAYS

Excursion to Cape Hoboy.

You will visit: Cape Sagan-Khushun, Cape Khoboy, ice of Baikal.

Today you will plunge even more into the atmosphere of Lake Baikal.

After breakfast, you go on a tour. Today you will find a real adventure on the legendary Baikal ice. You will go to the northern part of Olkhon, see from the ice the outlines and amazing images of Olkhon coastal rocks, marble walls of Cape Sagan-Khushun. The longest time you will spend at Cape Khoboy - its rocky steep banks in these places resemble animal fangs, which absolutely emphasizes the name (from the language of the local population the name translates as "fang"). From the ice, the outlines of the cape resemble the figure of a woman - this is associated with an interesting local legend, which you will be told during the excursion.

In the middle of the day you will have a picnic lunch in the fresh air, surrounded by the winter Baikal beauty of nature.

The tour takes place with stops in the most beautiful places where you can take beautiful photos. If you wish, today you can skate on the Baikal ice, so be sure to take skates with you. If necessary, skates can be rented, you will need to contact your tour organizer (skating rental is not included in the price).

Returning to the hotel, you will have a free evening.

Depending on the ice situation, an excursion to the north of Olkhon on the ice will be replaced by a tour on land, that is, the movement will be on the ground without leaving for the ice. All designated locations will be visited. The difference is only in the review – from the ice, tourists watch the capes from below, walk on ice, on land – before the eyes of tourists, pictures of the vast Baikal from above open up.

5 DAY

Free day on Olkhon.

You will visit: there are no activities on the tour program on this day.

Today you have a free day, which you can spend at your discretion: resting or going on an exciting excursion. You can walk again to the sacred Cape Burkhan, along the Sarai beach, buy souvenirs.

You will also have the opportunity to visit the Olkhon Museum of Local Lore – it is located in the center of Khuzhir. This museum has fully preserved the spirit of history, it presents more than 7,000 exhibits distributed in directions, many of which are unique and are presented only in this museum. A visit to this museum will be a cognitive option of pastime: you will learn the history of the fish factory, supported by objects of those times, see interior items of past centuries, etc.

6 DAY

The road to Irkutsk.

You will visit: Irkutsk.

On this day, our amazing trip to Olkhon comes to an end. In the morning, you will have breakfast and the opportunity to take a final walk in Olkhon. In the morning you will find the return road to Irkutsk. In the evening you will have the opportunity to walk around Irkutsk, visit its iconic places, buy souvenirs.

If you wish, you can extend your unforgettable trip to Olkhon and add a tour of the south. You will visit one of the most beloved tourist places on Lake Baikal - on the island of Ogoi. Here you can see the Buddhist Stupa of Enlightenment, see the incredible ice grottoes of Baikal, the shores decorated with multimeter splashes. • Olkhon Island is reached by ice crossing in the winter season and by ferry in the summer. In the off-season on a hivus (aircraft cushion). If for climatic reasons, the ice crossing does not work, then the tourist pays for the crossing on the hivus independently.
