1 day. Irkutsk - Olkhon Island
Arrival in Irkutsk. Depending on the time of arrival - breakfast or lunch (paid independently). Transfer to Olkhon Island (240 km). Accommodation in guest houses in the village of Khuzhir. Walk to the sacred place - "Shaman Rock" (Cape Burhan). Dinner at the guesthouses.
2 days. olkhon
Breakfast. Excursion trip (40 km) to the northern tip of the island - Cape Khoboy and Cape Sagaan Khushun. Picnic lunch. Back to Khuzhir. Free time. You can also visit the local history museum of the island. Dinner at the guesthouses.
3 days. Olkhon Island - Ust-Barguzin
Breakfast. Transition by boat to the eastern shore of Lake Baikal to Ust-Barguzin (~ 6 hours). Lunch. Accommodation in guest houses (home stay). Dinner. Free time.
4 days. Ust-Barguzin - Chivyrkui Bay
Breakfast. Moving to Saint Nose Peninsula. Cruise on a boat on the Chivyrkui Bay. Visiting thermal springs. Lunch. For an additional fee, a boat tour to the Ushkany Islands (reserve territory, rookeries of the Baikal seal) is possible. Return to Ust-Barguzin. Dinner.
5 days. Ust-Barguzin - Barguzin Valley
Breakfast. Excursion trip to the Barguzin valley. Visit the sacred places of the valley ("Yanjima", "Buhe-Shuloun"). Visit to the landscape monument of nature "Suva Saxony". Picnic lunch. Return to Ust-Barguzin. Dinner.
6 days. Ust-Barguzin - Ulan-Ude
Breakfast. Moving to Ulan-Ude (270 km). Lunch in the roadside cafe is paid for by yourself. Hotel accommodation. Dinner. Alternatively, a night train to Irkutsk.
7 days. Ulan-Ude - Ivolginsky datsan
Breakfast. Excursion trip to Ivolginsky datsan (40 km from Ulan-Ude, the main Buddhist monastery of Russia). Lunch. Free time. Visit to the Buryat village. Traditional cuisine, folklore Buryat. Back to the hotel. Alternatively, a night train to Irkutsk.
