2. Theatrical tour in the museum "Kalachaya" - The main object of the museum display was the process of baking kalachs recreated according to ancient manuals. It is a full cycle - from the preparation of hops starter, "mixture of torment", the creation and cutting of dough on the ice table - to baking and eating kalach with heat from the heat according to special rules, starting with "fried lip" and ending with warm "fluff of the belly". The process of kalka production takes place in the walls of an exemplary restored monument of the middle of the XIX century in a two-pod kalka furnace reconstructed according to ancient drawings, melted with birch wood without bark to give the kalaks a special whiteness. At the tasting you will be offered freshly baked hot kalach with oil and aromatic tea.
