Monument to victims of radiation accidents and disasters

In memory of the victims and liquidators of radiation disasters, there is a monument in the Kolomna Memorial Park. It is a granite three-meter stele, standing on a black platform with yellow triangles inside and the letters in them “alpha”, “beta”, “gamma”, symbolizing that the peaceful atom is out of control. In the upper part of the stele is the emblem of the Union "Chernobyl of Russia", and in the center - the inscription: victims of radiation accidents and disasters. On the back of the stele are rewritten all the places where the accident occurred.

The author of the sketch of the memorial sign is the teacher of the KSPI A.E. Zotov.
