The Muzeon Art Park is the unique and only open-air sculpture museum in the country. A huge number of different sculptures are collected here - some of them belong to unrecognized authors who did not find where else to place their creation, and some belong to the Soviet era and miraculously escaped destruction.
The foundation date of the park is considered to be 1992, however, the first Sculpture Exhibitions were held on this site earlier, in 1983 and 1991. The collection of the museum contains more than 800 unique author's works made of stone, bronze, wood and other materials. In the Moscow Garden of Sculptures, an open-air museum and a recreation area merged. It contains sculptures of different eras and artistic styles: busts of political figures perfectly coexist with fairy-tale characters.
