On August 1, on the second anniversary of the death of Rais Kiyamovich Belyaev, all his friends, comrades in the Komsomol youth, gathered at the intersection of Hydrostroiteliki Street and Moussa Jalil Avenue. The opening ceremony of the monument took place here.
Those who knew Rais Kiyamovich are unanimous that he could not work half-heartedly, worked tirelessly, laughed - infectiously, spoke from the podium - to the full power of his voice, helped a person with all the generosity of his soul. Falling in love with romance, he spent the night on the impact objects of the all-Union Komsomol construction site KAMAZ.
