We invite you to get acquainted with the old Ostashkov. This year Ostashkov turns 655 years old, and you have a unique opportunity to learn about his history, culture and traditions during our tour.

The tour is conducted on your car with exits or on foot.

What awaits you:

• 4 key stops in different parts of the city: you will see Ostashkov from different sides and get acquainted with its architectural diversity, history, learn a lot of facts.
• Magnitsky Square: we will start our tour in the square dedicated to the outstanding native of Ostashkov – the author of the first textbook of mathematics.
• Walk along the embankment: enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Seliger, where you will learn about the role of Seliger in the development of Ostashkov and the role of Ostashkov in the development of the region.
• Walk through the city center: the main square, the bell tower - a lighthouse, a theater, monuments and art objects, a river station.
• Living peninsula: visit a historical site, a monastery, two different shores of the lake, many islands. In front of you will be a panorama of Ostashkov.
• Acquaintance with temples: we will see authentic churches of different eras (from the 17th century to the early 20th) and architectural styles, learn about their history and significance for the city.
