The Museum of Locomotives in Pereslavl Zalessky is the only museum in Russia with a rich collection of narrow gauge railway rolling stock.
The museum is dominated by old equipment, among which there is a lot of road transport. Here you can see cars, locomotives and other equipment of the XIX - XX centuries.
The museum was opened in 1990 and is unique in that it is a small railway, where you can feel the connection of technology with nature, which is especially characteristic of narrow gauges.
The museum often hosts various exhibitions.
The museum can be visited from May to November daily from 10 to 18 hours.
